Each section has:
a) A title
b) At least 5 sentences describing the noteworthy history
c) An explanation, in 3 or more sentences, of why you chose this one noteworthy event, situation or person, in particular (be specific why you chose it)
d) At least one citation per section in proper formatting but more citations are encouraged
